Clint Bergeson graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College before earning his master’s degree in film studies from the University of Pittsburgh. After teaching at Pitt for a few years, he left academia to accept a position as operations manager for Penn’s Corner Farm Alliance, a farmers’ cooperative based in Pittsburgh. In this role, he was responsible for scheduling, maintaining, and driving a small fleet of refrigerated trucks as the co-op became a leader in the region’s local food movement.
Clint moved to Los Angeles in 2013 to re-enter the world of film and television, and joined PSSI Global Services in 2014 as a project manager. Drawing on his experience at the cooperative, he demonstrated a keen understanding for resource scheduling and an exceptional ability to manage both the big picture and the smallest of details — skills that quickly earned him the role of operations manager. As operations manager, Clint managed the day-to-day operations of the entire fleet, coordinating resources across departments to optimize efficiencies to sustain and increase the high level of service PSSI’s customers have come to expect. In 2023, following Derek Blount’s and Don Daseke’s investment in PSSI, Clint was named Vice President of Operations. In this role, he will continue to oversee the company’s operations with an eye toward growth and expansion opportunities.
